Disney Pass the Plate is an educational program that was created by Disney in partnership with the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) to help teach children about healthy eating and cooking while also raising awareness about global hunger. The program includes a series of short videos featuring celebrity chefs who visit countries around the world to learn about local cuisine and culture, and then share recipes and cooking techniques with children to encourage healthy eating habits and an appreciation for diverse cultures. Additionally, Disney Pass the Plate includes educational resources and activities such as lesson plans, recipe cards, and games that can be used in schools and homes to teach children about nutrition and food security. The program also encourages participants to take action by donating to the WFP to help provide meals to children in need around the world. Since its launch, Disney Pass the Plate has reached millions of children and families in more than 30 countries.
